Fred Dohmann, President - As President, Fred is responsible for the overall strategic direction for the company and the execution of our business objectives. Fred has over thirty (30) years experience in the Petrochemical Industry. Twenty-five of these have been in overall business operations and manufacturing management. Fred joined the company in 2007 as the Vice-President of Manufacturing and moved into his current position, as President, in December of 2008. Prior to joining AA, Fred held positions of General Manager, Business Operations Director, Business Industry Manager and Plant Manager.

Troy Gaddie, VP Finance - Troy is responsible for the financial and administrative side of the business including accounting, treasury, risk management and information technology. He has been with AA for the past 21 years, and is a CPA and CMA. Prior to joining AA, Troy worked for four years with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mike Williams, VP Commercial - Mike is responsible for development and execution of our commercial objectives for marketing, business development, and supply chain functions. Mike has been with AA for 12 years and has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the specialty chemical industry
